Omg, the location is unbelievable! steps from the highline, chelsea market, and the west village 🌟. However, the breakfast was a disaster 😢. The rooms had a great view but need an update. Staff were super nice but the bar had an attitude.

LOVED the rooftop pool with a great view but rooms were not as expected. Might give it another shot.

Celebrated my birthday here twice! Exceptional service, friendly valet, and front desk. Location is prime with a great rooftop. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. However, there were late-night street parties and noise. I also experienced a concerning intrusion without prior notice, which marred my overall experience.

The superior queen room was large with comfortable beds. The location was peaceful, not very far from Golf. The rooftop bar was superb and the drinks were bottled.

The rooftop pool with underwater music was a delightful oasis, offering a perfect escape from the city buzz. Immersed in the soothing water, overlooking the breathtaking cityscape, it felt like being in a scene from a luxurious travel magazine.

We had the most very nice few days there. Huge room; early check in; extremely comfy beds. There were coffee and tea/coffee in the room, loved that.

For the price of the room / no spa - swimming pool - no choice for breakfast while paying in advance (no information saying it is only one formula: American breakfast) otherwise everything is à la carte - everything but strictly everything mayn't - no advantage with the price to pay. Except the very comfortable bed - you think of a gesture but not everything but then everything is paid for. why such a price ?????. Last day, I had the right to run out of water / even has brown water (pictured) and no commercial gesture or even an excuse: just "it happens all over the world".

I chose this hotel for a work appointment due to its convenient 24-hour business center, providing free Internet access and printing services. The vibrant neighborhood and the comfortable rooms with a great seating area were also highly appreciated.

Quality of the breakfast not worthy of this unhitel of this standing. Little choice in the food offered. No separation between the hitel's lounge and main entrance, so you're always cold when you have a drink in the lounge.

Perfectly located in Meatpacking, close to the subway (direct connection to the airport and most parts of NYC), welcoming staff, clean hotel. spacious room (useful to specify it for the standards of the city) bathroom also, everything worked very well, cleaning was well done, without ever disturbing us. Assortment of products paying or not rather nice. hotel to which I will return.

I loved staying at the hotel despite a few minor issues. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for exploring Manhattan. The rooftop pool was a dream, but noise from the HVAC system kept me up at night. The bathroom felt cheap and poorly lit. Location was fantastic, though. I appreciated the refund when I accidentally double booked. It's way better than The Standard.

The hotel's location was ideal for my meetings at the Whitney Museum and I appreciated the spacious and quiet room. The service was professional, and any issues were quickly resolved. The amenities and the central location near various cafes and restaurants added to the overall positive experience.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the luxurious amenities were outstanding. the rooftop pool had stunning views and there were great sun loungers on the sun terrace. the spa centre was top, notch, with a relaxing sauna and amazing spa treatments. the heated swimming pool was a fantastic place to unwind and there were beach umbrellas and poolside snack bars to make you feel like royalty.

The lighting in the bathroom was too low to see myself properly when getting ready, but it did not detract from our overall experience. the service was excellent, the restaurant served amazing in, room breakfasts, and the bar/lounge area had fantastic entertainment.

We stayed in a hotel that is centrally located, and we had a great time. The rooms were small but had everything we needed, down to the rubber duck in the bathroom. The hotel is in the heart of Meatpacking action and a few minutes walk from the world renowned Chelsea market. On some nights, however, we had to prove that we were staying there.

The hotel lacked amenities for us, and we did not have access to the rooftop pool and other beneficial areas during our stay.

The gym was well-equipped and the rooftop bar was a fun experience. The location was exactly what we wanted, with Greenwich Village, West Village, and Chelsea right at our doorstep. The staff, except for the receptionist and manager, were friendly and warm. We also received amazing value for a great-sized room. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was impressive. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

The location was perfect and super convenient to get around and explore the city. The rooftop pool was amazing for a chill vibe, the sun terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the staff at the C & C cafe were super friendly. Only downside was the pillows, they only had one type available which wasn't my jam, but didn't ruin my overall fantastic stay 😊.
